Lovely Guest house. Great location as its just a stones throw from buses and trains as we left the car behind!Jean cooks a great breakfast! Made us feel very welcome. Lovely bedroom, shower room, communal lounge. Very relaxing here too. We highly recommend ! We will return! - Liz H
Our first stay here and definitely would stay again next time we are visiting GrangeOversands. Thanks to the lovely Shaun and Jean our stay felt more likebeing at friends house for the night rather then a B&B such was the welcome and how we were looked after. Our room was lovely and the breakfast was perfect. A+++ - Paul P
I booked the Elton for two nights, but requested a third night on the day I was supposed to leave. All round, a very nice place. Clean and comfortable room, great facilities and a lovely owner. Also a great location, near the railway station and moments from the promenade, as well as a short walk into the town centre. Recommended for the facilities, the location and the host.- Jan Meadows
